District West is nestled in the heart of downtown Greenville making the majority of this beautiful city easily walkable. The amenities are very nice & the staff is very receptive to resident suggestions, comments & even criticisms (albeit, there are very few & each has been addressed).

District West is a great location in Greenville, it’s close to downtown & right off the Swamp Rabbit trail. The staff are really helpful. They are doing some renovations to the inside of the building.

Quiet apartments in a beautiful neighborhood. Great amenities. Halls are newly painted & new carpeting is being installed. Guest parking in front of the building & inside the garage.
